Q: Do you supply a water bottle with the cooler?

A: No, you must contact a spring water delivery service in your area. If you are in Sydney, contact: Natural Choice Spring Water .

Q: Do you have coolers with just one cold tap?

A: No, all our coolers are dual tap. There is no extra cost for the 'cool' tap.

Q: Are the 'Hot and Cold' water coolers suitable for making tea and coffee?

A: Yes. The water is not 100 degrees, but coffe and tea is best when made when water is slightly cooler than this.

Q: How much water does the tank hold?

A: This can vary between units. It is on average about 2L, check the specifications for the cooler you are interested in.

Q: Do you have childproof taps?

A: Yes. We can supply childproof taps. Select the model you require taps for, and we will quote accordingly.

Q: Do you have cup dispensers?

A: Yes. We can supply cup dispensers. They are $20.00ea. You can select this option when ordering your cooler.

Q: Does the cooler require cleaning?

A: Yes. The cooler will require cleaning. How frequent will depend upon the environment it is placed. All of our water coolers are easy to clean. Some parts are dishwasher safe.

Q: Are spare parts available?

A: Yes. We can supply parts for most water coolers.

Q: Is there a warranty period?

A: Yes. All coolers come with the manufacturers warranty of at least 1 year, some models up to 5 years.
